Tier ONE is the Personal SWAV training. It is designed for those who desire to be more effective in their personal communication with friends, family and colleagues. Their goal is to develop a more powerful voice so their messages are heard and received more effectively.

This Tier will prepare individuals to speak with clarity within their communities.

Through the program participants will:

- Develop the ability to clearly articulate personal philosophies
- Identify Individual speaking styles
- Learn to speak openly without fear
- Develop cohesive messages for delivery in specific arenas
- Define speaking goals

Tier One will also benefit individuals who in their roles as leaders are required to communicate for organizations such as: Churches –Clubs- Non-Profits, etc.

Tier TWO is the Career SWAV training. It is designed for individuals who desire to be more effective in delivering communication within their professional or businesses communities. Their goal is be a more impactful speaker in meetings, staff trainings, seminars, mastermind groups, roundtables, etc.

Through the program participants will:

- Learn to deliver powerful presentations on specific topics
- Learn to articulate opinions with clarity
- Learn to design (and deliver) interactive training, workshops, break-out-sessions to groups on specific topics

Tier two is designed for:

Individuals who want to become better trainers, workshop leaders, facilitators
Individuals who are spokespersons for organizations or businesses
Small business owners desiring to communicate more clearly with staff and clients
Lay persons with goals of being more impactful in their presentations

Tier THREE is the Professional SWAV training. It is designed for individuals who wish to develop (or expand)careers in communication such as: Keynotes Speakers, Group Facilitators, Authors/Speakers, Trainers, Lay Speakers, etc.

This Tier will prepare individuals to develop professional speaking careers or move their current speaking career to the next level. The program will train individuals in curriculum development, workshop organization and delivery methods.

Through the program participants will:

- Learn to develop keynote topics into Workshops/Trainings
- Learn to deliver keynotes speeches as interactive workshops
- Learn curriculum development
- Learn to distinguish between different delivery styles
